With the shift over to pairs for our Extraordinary Personages, some of our stalwart characters have found themselves without suitable partners. For some, this means retirement, either permanent or temporary. For others, it means new companions of a suitable sort.
Here’s a preview of the fellow who will be accompanying our Smiling Anarchist. He’s another, more conventional (if that’s possible), anarchist, using his cigar to light his bomb.

Problems, that’s what. Yet troops need signals to coordinate them, especially in today’s post-Cephalid Invasion dispersed formations. The Panzer Fusilleers and Legion Extraterrestriale have an answer: hand-cranked sirens. These small boxes are attached to the signaler’s leathers using either clips or straps to affix them in a convenient place on the man’s chest where he can easily reach the crank with his right hand. Never again need a brave bugler remove his protection from the insidious Black Smoke to do his duty to his fellow soldiers!
You’ll find examples of these fellows in the revised command sets for both troop types. Coming soon!
Until then, have a peek at the originals, which at at the moldmakers as we write. The Legionaire is on the left. He will, of course, come with a backpack/breathing tank.

With the transfer of production and sales operation to Brigade Games has come a re-organization of our lines. Our small packs are getting bigger and our big packs are getting smaller.
Most of our single figures will be combined into 3 figure packs. This applies to our Historical ranges and our City Dwellers and Germ Plasm Hybrids. Our Extraordinary Personages will now come in pairs.
Naturally, it did not work out so that there were the right number and kind of figures to make up sensible packs. As a result, some figures are going away. A few more-or-less permanently. A few only until their new friends are ready.
Several new sculpts are already on their way to be molded. We’ll be previewing them here over the next little bit.
Two fill out the command pack for our American troopers in the Victoriana range, we needed a third figure to supplement the officer and sergeant figures. I decided to add a bugler and did one in a slouch hat and another in the montana hat. Like the troops themselves, the command pack will come inn M and an S variant, allowing you to choose the hat style you prefer. Here’s a peek.

In connection with the transfer of PSM to Brigade Games, we are working to get the website updated. please bear with us as the changeover may happen in fits and starts.
Bob Charrette here to announce that Parroom Station Miniatures is moving to a new home.
Back in 2001, I launched my Parroom Station project with the help of Sharron and Vince at The London War Room. It has been a long and successful arrangement, and it is with more than a little regret that it has come to an end.
At the current time, TLWR is undergoing changes that require Parroom Station to find a new home and manufacturer.
I have been busy doing just that, and now I can say that the search has ended. I am pleased to announce that Lon Weiss at Brigade Games will be taking over the manufacturing and sales of our miniatures.
We’ve still got a few things to sort out here at the station and Brigade Games does things a little differently than TLWR, so there will be some changes.
There will also be a delay in returning all of our miniatures to the marketplace. I expect we will be getting stuff back into production in stages, but we should have some of the miniatures back very soon. Watch for announcements!
We at Parroom Station Miniatures and Brigade Games wish our friends at The London War Room all the best in these challenging times.
We also look forward to returning all your favorite Parroom Station Miniatures to the shelves as well as adding new and exciting stuff.
So, Lon invites you to visit Brigade games at www.BrigadeGames.com

We are removing the most recent posts regarding releases as they seem to be garnering unusual amounts of spam.
The 2008 releases remain visible in the Show Room section.
Bob remains mired in non-Parroom projects, so things remain quiet here at the station. As soon as we have confirmed new news, we’ll post it.

Per some requests, we are reworking our Victoriana: American regulars. We will offer them in two sets: one with Montana hats and one with slouch hats. No more mixed bags.
There will be new variants of each as well as a new sergeant wearing a slouch hat and a variant on the officer.
We’ll post more news of the upcoming releases when we get confirmation on the success of the molding process.
